Founded in 2012, Legacy Epoxy Flooring began with a simple mission: to provide Twin Cities homeowners with garage and basement floors that could survive our extreme weather cycles. After seeing too many cracked and peeling coatings in local homes, we developed specialized installation techniques.
We use only industrial-grade materials tested for freeze-thaw resistance, combined with meticulous surface preparation unique to our region's concrete substrates. Every project includes climate-specific curing protocols.
As active members of the Minneapolis Builder's Association, we're committed to preserving the character of local homes while introducing modern durability. A portion of every project funds winter shelter programs in Hennepin County.
